The combination of strong and flexible muscles gives us mobility. Without either, we cannot move. We walk, sit, run, and dress ourselves––all actions that require mobility. Remember that mobility is the expression of human movement and human life.
In this series, Strength and Flexibility, a focus is placed on simultaneously strengthening and increasing flexibility to give you easy, strong mobility. These workouts will leave you feeling energized and youthful!
Note:Classical Stretch Season 10 episodes work the entire body offering workouts that strengthen and increase flexibility simultaneously. However some workouts emphasize more on strengthening and others on flexibility
Strengthening workouts: 1,2,4,6,7,8,10,12,13,14,15,16,18,21,23,24,28
These workouts will also tone your muscles, help with weight-loss and improve your posture, help reverse and prevent osteoporosis.
Flexibility workouts: 3,5,9,11,17,19,20,22,25,26,27,29,30
These workouts will also help with pain relief, arthritis, healing, stress relief, back pain, surgery recovery, rehabilitation, fibromyalgia. Please note that these workout suggestions are only guidelines please consult your physician before doing any of the workouts.
