This 30-day workout plan was specifically designed to take care of you while you’re staying home. Most of us are spending a great deal of time sitting at our computers or watching TV. It has been scientifically proven in many studies that nothing is worse for our health than being sedentary. Yet as we sit for weeks at a time our muscles, joints and connective tissue start to atrophy and age.

This is the time to start a Wellness and Movement Challenge both for us and anybody who wants to join in. We encourage you to do two 30-minute workouts per day, morning and evening. We have chosen low intensity stretch workouts that focus on joints, muscles and connective tissue. They also focus on improving posture. Good posture creates more space for our lungs – we need maximum lung capacity to survive Covid-19.
