\n<\/strong>Any fees and prices are\u00a0subject to change at\u00a0Essentrics\u2019 discretion.\u00a0Essentrics\u00a0reserves the right to establish, revise, modify or amend its curriculum, certification structure, billing practices, methods and fees, including its collection practices, payment practices, and fees for content or services provided on its website(s). Instructor agrees to accept notice of any changes by way of the changes posted on\u00a0essentrics.com. Instructor\u2019s failure to\u00a0agree to and comply with the Trademark name Usage Guidelines<\/a> or the\u00a0Terms of Use\u00a0is a material breach permitting\u00a0Essentrics\u00a0to terminate this Agreement and revoke the license to use the Essentrics name.<\/p>\n

Hosting private or group Essentrics\u00ae classes via Skype, Facetime, Live Video or any other communication\/media platform listed below, is not allowed due to Federal copyright laws. Strictly individuals who are registered to the Essentrics Certification program (\u201cLicensees\u201d) have the license and right to teach live classes, and to use the Essentrics\u00ae Workout name.<\/p>\n
