Amy Davis has been teaching Essentrics since 2014 and has extensive experience teaching in the fitness industry. She’s taught Essentrics to the very young and very old, all in the same room, side-by-side. She welcomes all fitness levels and abilities, from first-time fitness participant to seasoned athlete.
