Certified L1 Essentrics InstructorI found Essentrics through Classical Stretch and was so delighted to have the Aging Backwards instructors' stream added in 2019. I received my Certification in December 2019--the first person to receive this. I am very happy to have Essentrics ABC--Aging Backwards with Christine--as part of the fitness programming at the Seniors Outreach Services. (SOS). As Miranda Esmonde White says, "If we want to age backwards, we have to keep moving." I couldn't agree more.
