Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorTerry is excited to bring ESSENTRICS® to the City of Fort Collins’ fitness program, where broad accessibility will allow more of the community to experience its benefits. Terry’s teaching style is mindful and fun as she explores mobility, strength, and the mind-body connection through exercise. Space is limited, classes start February 2.
