Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorA fully certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor, I have been teaching Essentrics for 8 years, and I work for the Essentrics Teacher Training Department as a Mentor Trainer, helping people around the world become Essentrics instructors. My clients’ improvements have inspired me from day one, and continue to deepen my passion for helping people live with more vitality and less pain. Classes at Cove range from Gentle Stretch to Strength and Toning.
