Certified L4 Essentrics Instructor

Ellyn has been teaching Essentrics® since 2016. She is passionate about sharing this innovative program that supports a vibrant and balanced body and makes fitness enjoyable and accessible for all. Ellyn joined the Teacher Training department at the Essentrics Head Office in 2020, where she works on writing and editing projects related to the certification program to support the instructor community. She is also an Essentrics TV workout host.
