Ellyn Ochs

Ellyn has been teaching Essentrics® since 2016. She is passionate about sharing this innovative program that supports a vibrant and balanced body and makes fitness enjoyable and accessible for all. Ellyn has attended many training events in Montreal and the 2018 Essentrics Symposium in Mexico. She joined the Essentrics Head Office team in 2020, where she works in the Teacher Training department supporting the instructor community and developing content for the certification program.
