Certified L1 Essentrics InstructorI joined the team of instructors at the Leisure & Activity Centre (LAC) in September 2022 and am very happy that more people are discovering the wonderful benefits of the Essentrics Aging Backwards. I have been teaching this program since December 2019 when I received my certification--the first person in this new Aging Backwards track to do so. Essentrics has helped me manage my fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis to the point where I am almost pain-free. I plan to continue Aging Backwards.
