Certified L2 Essentrics InstructorSumara suffered for many years from recurring back issues in her younger years, but thanks to ESSENTRICS she is living a pain-free life again! Her passion is sharing this technique which combines dynamic stretching and toning. Sumara is a certified L2 ESSENTRICS instructor who has attended several additional trainings in this technique. She puts all her heart in motivating her students and cares deeply about offering classes that suit all fitness levels. Virtual group classes are in English.
