What does a monthly membership cost?
A membership costs $14.95 + applicable taxes, per month. Streaming memberships cannot be purchased in combination with any other products. If you wish to order something else in addition to your Essentrics TV streaming membership you will need to start a new transaction after your streaming registration is complete.

What are the terms of the membership?
Membership subscriptions renew on a monthly basis. Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless a cancellation is requested. You can request  a cancellation by e-mailing your full name, email address (same one used to create your account) and invoice number to: [email protected]Your membership will be terminated in the hours following your request.

I've registered for ESSENTRICS TV, how do I access the videos?
As soon as you register for the membership you will be billed and will have immediate access to the streaming service. To access Essentrics TV you will need to click on "Essentrics TV" on the top right hand corner of the website. If you are not logged in you will be prompted to; if you are logged in you can scroll down to begin strengthening and stretching!

Membership Management

How do I cancel my membership?
You can request a cancellation by emailing your full name, email address (same one used to create your account) and invoice number to: [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation email and your payment will be terminated in the hours following your request. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. 

What happens when you cancel your membership halfway through a 30-day period?
If you cancel your membership halfway through a 30-day period, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs during the ongoing month.

How do I reactivate my account?
You cannot reactivate a canceled membership. You must instead purchase a new membership in which the new purchase date will become the new billing date.

How can I verify my membership date?
You can verify your membership date by logging into the “My Account” section of the website.

Will my membership renew on the first day of each month or will it depend on the initial sign-up date?
Your membership will renew based on your initial sign-up date. This can be found under “My Account”.


How can I change my credit card and billing information?
Please contact us by phone at: 514-989-0236 to update your credit card and billing information as the options differ depending on your inital payment method.

How will the charge appear on my credit card?
The charge will appear as a recurring membership fee from The Esmonde Technique.

How can I verify my billing history?

Is my credit card and personal information secure?
We ensure that our customers and any information requested are secure. All of our order pages use the most advanced encryption technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and all credit card numbers and personal information is encrypted, making it impossible for anyone to access or see it.

What is ESSENTRICS TV’s Privacy Policy?
Your personal information is used strictly for processing your order and to keep you informed about your account and about the latest Essentrics and ESSENTRICS TV news. We do not share your personal information and we will not submit you to any form of spam.

Can I view the content on other devices?
You can stream ESSENTRICS TV on any computer, smartphone or tablet with a web browser and active Internet connection.

Are the videos found on ESSENTRICS TV available to download?
No, ESSENTRICS TV videos are not available to download as they can only be streamed online.

What do I do if the videos won't load?
Try to refresh your session, and then manually lower the video quality of the workout you clicked on (click the “HD” logo in the right hand corner of the video player and click a lower resolution). If this doesn’t work, please clear the cookies and cache in the browser that you’re using and then log back in and try again.

Trouble Logging in?

Please note that you will not have a password nor an account on our website unless you have made a previous purchase or registered for Essentrics TV. You will be prompted to create an account during the checkout process.

To reset your password, please click here and enter the email address which you used to create your account.

Having trouble resetting your password? If you’ve entered your email address but are not receiving a password reset email, please check your junk mail. If you’ve received more than one password reset email, it is important that you use the most recent email that you’ve received.

I purchased ESSENTRICS® TV as a gift for someone. How do I send them their gift?
Once you complete your purchase...

  1. Go to “My Account”.
  2. Under “ESSENTRICS® TV Gifts” enter the email of the recipient.
  3. They will be emailed with instructions to activate their ESSENTRICS® TV subscription right away.
  4. The subscription will expire 3-months after the activation date.

Please note that you will be charged for the entire 3-month subscription on the date of purchase. If the recipient already has an active ESSENTRICS® TV subscription, their payments will be paused for 3 months from the time of activation.
All purchases of ESSENTRICS® TV gifts are final sale and are not eligible for refund or store credit.

I received an email saying that someone gave me ESSENTRICS® TV as a gift, how do I activate my account?

  1. Please click here and create a login if you do not have an one or log in if you already have an existing account.
  2. On the “my account” page, scroll down to “ESSENTRICS® TV STREAMING GIFT”. Copy and paste the gift token provided in your email to activate your account.
  3. Read & agree with the terms set in the STREAMING GIFT AGREEMENT
  4. Once you click submit your membership is active and you will have access to ESSENTRICS® TV for the duration of your gift.

I received an email saying that someone gave me ESSENTRICS® TV as a gift but I am already a paying subscriber. What do I do?

  1. Please follow the instructions provided in your email to activate your gift subscription with the gift token provided.
  2. Once your gift subscription is activated please email [email protected] to have your payments paused for the duration of your gift. Please include the email and invoice number associated with the account.

Become a Reseller


ESSENTRICS® guarantees the quality of all of our products if purchased from or one of our verified resellers. 
The following indicators can help you spot a counterfeit ESSENTRICS® product:

1. Place
You may find our products in various shops, libraries, gyms, and clinics around the world. However, if you find our products being sold online by anyone other than the verified resellers listed below, there is a chance that they are selling a counterfeit. - "Essentrics - Classical Stretch" & "Absolute Yogi" - "Essentrics Workout" - "Absolute Yogi"

2. Price
If someone is advertising our products for less than they are being sold on our website it is likely a fake.

3. Packaging and Playback
Counterfeit DVDs can be hard to spot to the untrained eye – here are a few clues.

  • If the packaging or DVDs themselves contain misspellings, cut off or blurry images, or the colors don’t match the images on our website – it's probably a copy.
  • If the playback quality is choppy or the DVD does not work, it could be a counterfeit.

Only DVDs are available for wholesale purchase. Teacher training materials, books, or any other products are not eligible for wholesale. 

Unfortunately, we are not accepting any online resellers at this time. Only resellers who wish to sell offline are eligible for the wholesale discount.

The below is an outline of our terms and conditions for wholesale purchases – you will be required to sign an Independent Reseller Contract before being approved for resale or the wholesale discount. 


  • A minimum of 10 of each title you wish to receive a discount on must be ordered. If you are an approved reseller and place an order of more than 10 of the same SKU, you will be eligible for a 30% discount off the of the full price of each DVD.
  • No discounts or sales can be combined.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment by credit card is due at the time of order. However, alternate payment terms may be negotiated when setting up your independent reseller account.


  • We have a list of Merchant Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) and Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP) listed at the following URL: Independent resellers may not advertise to sell their product below the indicated MAP.

Customer Service

  • You are responsible for customer service issues and questions for products purchased from you.
  • Essentrics honours our products – if you receive defective or damaged products, we will replace them. Please notify us within 40 days of delivery to you, or 45 days of sale to the final consumer.


  • No returns accepted.

Territory Protection

  • Independent resellers are not permitted to sell anywhere online.
  • Independent resellers are only permitted to sell within the territory of their brick and mortar store, studio, or club - as determined during the creation of their reseller account. Ex. If during the approval process you indicated that you wish to sell our DVDs at your clinic in Los Angeles, CA – you must only sell in Los Angeles, CA. If you wish to expand your territory, please contact us so that we can amend your contract.


  • You are responsible for any shipping and handling fees.
  • Unless you specify a carrier, we will select the quickest and most affordable shipping option.
  • All orders must be shipped with tracking.
  • Once the orders leave our warehouse, we do not bear responsibility for the order.
