I'm a level 4 Certified Essentrics Instructor. I also am a certified Holistic Health Coach, with an emphasis on longevity. I retired from massage therapy after 22 years, during the pandemic. I have been teaching Essentrics for 11 years and still love it as much as I did when I started. I'm 66 years old and feel like I'm in my 30's.
