Rotating through a selection of workouts, this Essentrics class will help you rebalance your body while gaining strength & flexibility. Class is generally indoors but sometimes we take advantage of nice weather to have "class in the grass". This class is a fundraiser for Service Adventure at Beth-El Mennonite Church - $5 per class.
