Charo Evangelista

Charo is an ESSENTRICS® Level 1 instructor. She discovered ESSENTRICS® in 2016 and fell in love with the practice. Having taught yoga for the past 27 years, she saw some of the senior students not being able to go up and down anymore or were recuperating from joint replacements. ESSENTRICS® turned out to be the answer to help the aging population become stronger, healthier and more energized. She is passionate about ESSENTRICS® and has been teaching for the past three years.
