Hello, I'm Laura August. I started Essentrics about 6-7 years ago. I had so much pain, especially in my neck, hip, and feet. Oh, the feet! I have been running, cycling, and lifting weights regularly since high school. I had been pretty hard on my body. So I made a radical decision to stop all exercise except Essentrics.
