Karen has been practicing Essentrics® for 12 years and absolutely loves learning about the science behind the program. A proud wife and mother to six (yes, 6!) amazing young men, she brings fun and humor to her classes. As a Level 4 Instructor, she cherishes the Essentrics® Certification process.
