Why am I leading Essentrics classes? Since discovering Essentrics I was smitten. As a senior & two time sufferer of frozen shoulder, I was sold when a few weeks into doing Essentrics classes my shoulder pain was easing & mobility increasing. My results got my daughter & husband curious. Both are now converts. My hubby because his hip pain is easing dramatically and my daughter deciding that joining me as a Certified Essentrics Instructor is a great fit with her Sport Media university program.
