About your Training | Level 3

Essentrics Barre is unique from other barre workouts offered in the market as it stays true to the principles of our technique resulting in long and lean muscles, maximum strength, and freedom of movement in your joints. Learn and experience the correct application of techniques and exercises in our Level 3 Live Teacher Training and gain the skills and confidence to deliver the best results.
*You will be credited 2 hours/day towards your required Apprentice teaching hours
- Gain practice, experience and personalized feedback about your positioning and movements for all our flexibility exercises and sequences (including standing, floor and barre/chair) for you to understand how to execute, demonstrate, teach, and correct your students
- Learn the modifications to adapt the exercises for any clientele on all modalities, and gain confidence using additional equipment including risers, Thera-bands, cushions
- Learn the Essentrics positioning, set-up, and transitions on the barre / with a chair that will help your classes flow seamlessly
- Analyze our Essentricsflexibilityexercises and submerge yourself in the theory and application of techniques and anatomy to understand the therapeutic nature ofEssentrics
- Learn the practical tips that will allow you to safely teach a group class with a variety of different fitness levels and allow you to work with more sensitive demographics
- Dive deeper into the application of anatomy and how to work with and rebalance fascia and connective tissue to help you understand why people perform exercises differently and respect their individual needs
- Benefit from daily advanced live classes with Master Trainers in an eye-opening, interactive learning experience
