Instructeur Essentrics certifié N4I completed my Essentrics certification, March 2021 after almost three years into the process. Each time I teach a class I see it as an opportunity to help others discover balance in Mind, Body and Spirit. I am eager and excited to share the passion I have for this program with others. Qualifications: I have been a Group Exercise instructor for 21 years and am a Pilates instructor/Trainer.
