Instructeur Essentrics certifié N4Terry is excited to again offer ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards to the OLLI community at CSU. Terry’s teaching style is mindful and fun as she explores mobility, strength, and the amazing impact of working out with music. Classes begin September 23, 2025. Registration for classes on one or both days opens August 20 at 9:00 a.m. Class size is limited to 20.
