Terry is excited to again offer ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) community at CSU. Terry’s teaching style is mindful and fun as she explores mobility, strength, and the mind-body connection during each workout. Classes begin January 28, 2025. Registration for classes on one or both days opens January 7 at 9:00 a.m., enrollment is limited to 13 per class. Spring Catalog is available to view online now.
