Diane Jacobowitz

Diane Jacobowitz (BFA Ohio State, MFA Conn Coll) has a distinguished career in performing, choreography and teaching. She has taught dance to all ages and backgrounds and was instrumental in establishing the Dance Major at Long Island University, where she was a professor for 9 years. As Director of Dancewave for 25 years, she created a legacy of innovative programming bringing dance and exercise to diverse populations in NYC. She has been teaching Essentrics for 5 years in New York City.
