I discovered Essentrics® in 2020 on PBS. At that time I had been trying to unsuccessfully recover from an injury in my right ankle and foot. Just after a 30 min connective tissue Essentrics® workout, I felt an almost miraculous relief. My pain was gone. I decided to become a certified Essentrics® instructor to help as many people as possible stay young, energetic and pain free. My company, Happiness of Everything, is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
