I accidentally discovered Essentrics® on PBS in 2020. At that time I had been trying to unsuccessfully recover from an injury in my right ankle and foot. Just after a 30 min connective tissue Essentrics® workout, I felt an almost miraculous relief, my pain was gone. I decided to become a certified Essentrics® instructor to share the amazing benefits of Essentrics® with as many people as possible.
