I've been teaching step, strength and cardio dance classes for over 25 years. When Covid 19 hit, we moved our classes outdoors. After over a year and a half, my body got beat up from doing impact moves on the concrete. I decided it was time to treat my body better and started looking for more gentler alternatives. I read Aging Backwards and a lightbulb in my head went off! I'm now a level 1 Essentrics instructor and love sharing this Strengthening through stretch philosophy with my students!
