Penny Fahey

​ Over the past (almost) 20 years, I have had the opportunity to teach several types of group fitness classes, and have met with numerous individuals as a personal trainer, health coach, and a workplace wellness program manager. After all my work experience, in addition to raising two great kids, I can honestly say that I am happy with where I am in life. I don't want to be 20 or 30 again.
