Instructeur Essentrics certifié N1I was first introduced to Essentrics in 2018 when I accidentally saw one of Miranda's PBS specials! I was fascinated. I had been doing aerobics for over 20 yrs but was noticing the older customers dealing with injuries & dropping out. I saw people in their 90's doing Essentrics! I got Miranda's books and devoured them. I could not find an Essentrics trainer near me so I got certified. My clients love it & they motivate me as I pursue training to the next level.
