Darika Silva

I’m Darika, a certified L1 Essentrics® instructor in Zurich. After years of desk work and accidents that left me with chronic pain, I discovered Essentrics in 2021. It transformed my life, I feel stronger, freer, and more energized now than in my 30s. Inspired by this change, I trained as an instructor in 2024. My mission is to help others relieve pain, improve posture, and regain strength and mobility to feel their best at any age.
