Michelle enjoys teaching a variety of clients across age spans: athletes looking to increase performance and prevent/recover from injury, individuals looking to improve their level of everyday functional movement and/or relieve pain, and Seniors interested in the restorative benefits of Aging Backwards. Michelle holds a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction and a Masters in Social Work. *Private in-person and virtual classes available by appointment.
