I've been an instructor at Kaleidoscope Dance Studio in Sandy for 10 years. In 2020, I successfully became a certified Essentrics instructor and have the opportunity to introduce Essentrics to our community this summer. ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards will be taught June 7-10 & June 14-17, 8-9 am. ESSENTRICS® Stretch and Tone will be taught July 26-29 & August 2-5, 8-9 am.
