My goal is to help you unlock your body's aptitude for movement so that you may pursue the activities you love, find comfort in your body, and perform at your highest level. My 30-minute classes activate body and mind, helping you to release tension, restore posture, and rebalance your 650 muscles for agility and injury prevention. My 60-minute classes build on that foundation challenging you through complex movement and targeted exercises to build strength, stability and flexibility.
