Sarah Lynn is dedicated to supporting people on their path of health through exercise, nutrition, creative expression, and connection to the earth. Her focus is on increasing mobility and strength in the whole body, while encouraging students to work within their own range of motion. Sarah Lynn is a Level 4 Essentrics instructor and has a 200 hr Classical Yoga certification from YogaLife Institute.
