My Mission is to help people keep their strength, flexibility & mobility so they can enjoy their life. I enjoy teaching my students & I'm grateful hearing how I'm helping improve their lives. What you won't know about me unless I tell you is that I'm deaf in my left ear. It happened overnight in June 2022. It's called SSNHL, it's idiopathic. Essentrics has helped me keep my vestibular system strong so I can balance and keep upright. I'm honored to teach Essentrics & reap its many benefits.
