I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years and nothing has me as motivated as Essentrics®. Within a few short months of studying the technique with daily practice, my severe back pain and chronic plantar fasciitis disappeared. My personal results encouraged me to become a fully certified level 4 instructor and to offer classes to the public. My goal is to help others move better, feel stronger and live pain-free.
