Maureen Bellmay

I’ve been a healthy living enthusiast all of my life. I was a fitness instructor in 1982, and have been a student of yoga off and on for over 35 years. When I saw a program about Essentrics on CPTV, I was like a moth to a flame and knew I had to try it. After researching and finding no teachers in the area, I knew it was something I had to pursue. I am currently Level 2 certified and am excited to bring this healthy method of exercise to everyone.
