Gecertificeerde L2 Essentrics-docentI have been professional dancer ( Baladi aka Bellydance) since 1985 and became a certified Pilates Instructor in 2002. I fell in love with Essentrics after watching the show Classical stretch and I am currently certified level 2 working on getting all levels. I use all my movement knowledge from my previous trainings to provide fun, safe and effective classes.
