I am a Level 2 Essentrics® trainer, Barre Instructor, and CYT-200 Yoga Teacher based in Stuart, Florida. I have dedicated my time to helping others alleviate pain and stress while creating strong, flexible bodies. Barre, Yoga, Essentrics Stretch, and Aging Backwards classes (a subset of Essentrics geared to the senior population) are all safe and effective methods to gain strength while stretching the muscles to banish pain and stiffness.
