Erin Furlong

Welcome! I am a fully certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor with 5 years teaching experience. Currently, my group classes are offered Monday-Friday at 8:30 am via Zoom, and include a variety of standing, floor and barre work. I also welcome private clients. I find it very rewarding to work with my participants to help them achieve their personal goals. Essentrics makes me feel strong and youthful and I want to share my passion for this intelligent program so you can feel great too!
