I am a Certified Essentrics ® Aging Backwards ® Level 1 Instructor and Meditation Teacher based in Plantation, Florida. I am dedicated to serving those in need of gentle strengthening exercises or are tired of experiencing pain when exercising. My own personal journey with chronic pain was one of much trial and error.
