Gecertificeerde L2 Essentrics-docentBorn in Holland, raised in Sask. & completed a B.A. in psychology with U. of R. Middle years were in Hamilton, On. where I raised 4 children, worked full-time in graphic design & began teaching yoga. Certified in Yoga in 1996. Semi retirement plans brought me back to Sask. where I taught yoga & worked part time in library service. After adding essentrics techniques to chair yoga classes I certified L1 in Aug. 2018 and L2 in late 2019. Taught essentrics in studios & on zoom. Currently live in BC.
