After a major accident I determined to become better than before my accident. After I healed, I joined a gym and became an instructor through the American Senior Fitness Association. I wanted to add another type of fitness that would be beneficial and enjoyable for all ages and safe for seniors. ESSENTRICS was exactly what I was looking for. My goal is for everyone to experience the beneficial power, freedom of movement & energy that Essentrics provides and to feel their best at every birthday!
