The Essentrics Class Profile Account is exclusively for Certified Level 1 – Level 4 Essentrics
Instructors who have been granted an Instructor Live Virtual Class License.
Your Class Profile Account allows you to submit in-person and live virtual Essentrics class
listings that are visible to the public through the “Find a Class” tool on Essentrics.com
Please create a Class Profile Account or log into your existing account to submit or edit
your in-person and live virtual Essentrics class listings.
Note: This is a separate account from your Essentrics store and Essentrics TV streaming
account.

You may create a Class Profile Account if you are currently registered in the Essentrics Instructor Certification Program and have passed Level 1 or above. Once your account is approved by head office, you will receive an email confirmation, which will allow you to log into your account and begin submitting your Essentrics classes to appear on the “Find a Class Map.” Please allow up to 2 business days for approval.
Note: The class information you provide will be visible to the public, enabling them to search for classes based on location.
ADDING A STUDIO/GYM CLASS LOCATION:
Submit the locations where you teach classes (ie: studio, gym, community centre, etc.) – one at a time. For each location submission, you may enter your full class schedule (class type, day, start/end time).
ADDING PRIVATE CLASSES:
If you are looking to be listed as available for private classes, which are taught in your home or a space you rent out, etc. – we strongly recommend that you only enter your zip code/postal code OR your city name, rather than your full address. Do not use your home address.
YOUR CONTACT EMAIL:
If you are including an email address for people to get in touch with you directly, to ensure privacy, we highly recommend that you don’t use your personal email. Please use a work-related email instead.
MODIFY/DELETE A CLASS YOU’VE SUBMITTED:
To make changes to your classes currently on the map, please log into your Class Profile Account.
