The pain was so severe that I would plan each trip that involved stairs in our two-story house. Each time I would try to gather everything I needed downstairs before going up and would stay upstairs until I felt I had everything done up there. It was a frustrating and limiting experience. I decided to start exercising to ®Essentrics videos. To my surpriseI could again run up and down the stairs easily
