Personal training has been one of my passions as well, for 10 years. I have been in Niagara and St. Catharines working in various fitness facilities over the years. The YMCA in Niagara was my home for 30 years of volunteering and 5 years of working with staff and members. When I was introduced to the Essentrics program 7 years ago, I couldn't help but be excited. It is the flexibility and stregthening I was looking for. I discovered my weaknesses and how tight my body really was. These imbalances that made me stiff and sore, stopped me from my true strength . As I began to work in lengthened positions, through full muscle chains in the body I started to unlock my tight joints and muscles. Having flexibility in each muscle as well as strength will give you a pain free mobile , strong body in a very healthy way.
