Certified L3 Essentrics InstructorAlesia Stanford is a Level 3 Certified Essentrics instructor. She has been teaching classes in a variety of locations since 2014. Alesia recently relocated to Los Angeles and has been teaching one hour Essentrics and Barre classes via Zoom 6 days a week since the beginning of the pandemic. Class time is 10 am Pacific time. Alesia welcomes all ages and fitness levels. Please contact her to join the Zoom class.
