Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorDyan DeCastro is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor who has been teaching Essentrics since 2013. She is part of the Essentrics Head Team and is an Essentrics Mentor who helps other instructors advance their understanding of Essentrics and functional fitness. Dyan is passionate about motivating the 50+ population to stay healthy, strong and pain-free. Virtual and in-person Essentrics With Dyan classes are ongoing and one-hour in length.
