Certified L1 Essentrics InstructorCollette Taylor has been teaching dance for almost 30 years and has a BS in Kinesiology (Sports Medicine) from Cal Poly Pomona. She became a Certified Personal Trainers through NASM in April 2021, and has received additional certification in programs such as Balletone, Essentrics, Progressive Ballet Technique, Barre Above, Piyo and more! Collette has always loved understanding the biomechanics behind movement, to prevent injury and tone the body, using low impact movement.
