JOB POSTINGS
The Essentrics® team is growing and looking for a Customer Relations Associate to help oversee customer queries and assist with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company, program & products to the customer
- Provide specialized customer support through phone calls, a live chat service, emails, social media, and other communications software. This includes troubleshooting technical issues with our digital streaming service (Essentrics TV), our online store front, and our website.
- Generate sales by providing outstanding customer support & education
- Supervise and manage our various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WordPress, Vimeo, LiveChat, warehousing software, etc.).
- Process orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and troubleshoot all issues with physical or digital orders.
Key Qualifications:
- DCS/DEC or equivalent
- Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills (>40 WPM)
- Minimum 2-year experience in sales and/or customer service
- Experience with MacOS & Microsoft Office Suite (eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Must be able to Multi-Task
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and independent work initiative
- Able to manage time independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask within our various platforms while assisting several customers at once
- Ability to work from home efficiently; this includes a dedicated working space
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills

- Located in Montreal or surrounding area is an asset but not required. Must be located in Canada.
Hours:
- 35-40 hours a week
- Must have flexible availability on an Eastern time zone schedule (schedule will include weekends, weekdays, evenings and Holidays)
- Working remotely with the potential to work from our offices in Montreal, QC as per the COVID-19 governmental guidelines.
We are seeking a new graphic designer (Intermediate to Experience level, 5 years +) to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. .
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with internal team about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- HTML, CSS and Javascript proficiency is a plus
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
