Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorKimberly is a L4 fully certified Essentrics Trainer, mentor and exam certifier for the Essentrics training team. She is also a Group x and Personal trainer with AFAA/NASM, a Senior Fitness Specialist and Silver Sneakers certified. Kimberly has been practicing and teaching Essentrics for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping others feel happy and healthy in their body so they can enjoy life.
