as seen above at the PBS Station in Buffalo. Meeting our viewers and hearing their stories is what motivates
Miranda to continue developing these valuable workouts and tools.

Round Hill, Jamaica
In June, we spent two weeks filming Classical Stretch Season 12 (release date: November 2017) at the exclusive Round Hill Resort in Jamaica. Round Hill has hosted the likes of President Kennedy, Jackie Kennedy, the writers of The Sound of Music as well as the British Royal family, so we thought it would also be perfect to host an Essentrics fitness holiday! Our members loved every minute of their stay which included two classes a day, lectures and afternoon tea. Hope you can join next year.
